The first step to building this new home in Haliburton was setting the insulated concrete form (ICF) foundation. From top to bottom, this foundation was a total of 27 steps, and set on an extremely rocky and sloped terrain as a portion of the hill was below the water table. Careful work from our specialists was required in order to cover this area properly with concrete and ensure that the soil was properly remediated.
